  • L’Ermitage guests are welcome to check-in at any time on the calendar date of their arrival and checkout at their leisure on their departure date. We request that guests provide us with an estimated time of arrival and departure in advance so we can ensure the suite is ready.

  • Yes, we offer Valet Parking at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills with the courtesy of in and out privileges at $60 per night.

  • Yes, we service airport transfers to all surrounding airports in the Los Angeles area. For pricing and accommodation options, please contact concierge@lermitagebeverlyhills.com.

  • Pets are always welcome at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. There is a one-time fee of $50 which will be added to your reservation. Each suite comes with a dog bed, bowl, and other pet amenities. We request that guests notify us prior to their arrival to customize their animal’s guest stay experience.

  • All of our two-bedroom suites connect.

  • Yes, roll-away beds are available to guests for $35 per night.

  • The Rooftop Pool, Sundeck Lounge, Private Cabanas, and Poolside Service are available only to registered guests at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. For inquiries about the Rooftop Event Space, please contact sales@lermitagebeverlyhills.com.

  • The Rooftop Pool is 22’ x 31’ and 86° F year-round.

  • Yes, based upon availability, our courtesy car will happily take guests within a 2-mile radius of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.

  • We have intensified our cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean suites after guests depart and before the next guest arrives. We utilize an electrostatic sprayer to safely disinfect each guest suite. We have additionally increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on all lobby furniture and fixtures, elevators, door handles, handrails, and other high touch points.
